Refund policy
In order to be eligible for a refund, you should return the product to us within 14 calendar days of your purchase. The product should be in the same condition that you received it and undamaged in any way and return shipping is at your cost. Ship back to our Harvst HQ address marking it clearly as a ‘Return’

Please include either a copy of your invoice or the shipping note with your return and contact us by email at support@harvst.co.uk before shipping. Please ensure that the box is well packed using the packaging material that it came with as we can’t be responsible for damage incurred in the return shipping.
After we receive your item, our team will inspect it and process your refund. If your refund application is successful, the money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.
If the product is damaged, modified or disassembled beyond the state that it was delivered in, or you have initiated the return after 14 calendar days have passed, you may not be eligible for a refund.
If your item needs repair due to a manufacturing fault within 6 months of your purchase, please contact us so that we can put it right. We may repair the item or replace it depending upon the fault.
